As a Public Affairs and Communications Intern for the Lee County Supervisor of Elections (SOE), I support media relations and communications during an active election cycle and leadership transition of the SOE role. I manage social media content, create voter-focused communications and outreach materials, and assist with advertising and promotional messaging for the Primary and Midterm Elections. I also am developing an intern guidebook to support onboarding for future interns.

I serve as President of FGCU’s Florida Public Relations Association chapter, where I manage the executive board, facilitate leadership transitions, and plan and execute general meetings and professional development events. In my role, I have increased event attendance by over 650% and secured a 165% increase in chapter funding. For my academic achievements and exemplary leadership, I was awarded the 2025 FPRA SWFL Teri Hansen insPiRe Scholarship.

As a Resident Assistant for FGCU Housing, I lead 35+ residents, which involves negotiating agreements between roommates and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive living environment. I also plan and execute building-wide educational programs, both collaboratively and independently. Additionally, I provide crisis support during on-call shifts, adhering to FERPA regulations and documenting incidents in detailed reports.

As a full-time Honors student, I maintain a 3.97 GPA while completing 160+ volunteer hours with local community partners. I have completed Honors coursework that helped develop my research, creative, and scholarly skills.
